I had mentioned before that I am considering relocating out of Florida (one too many hurricanes[:@]) and moving to North Carolina. I would appreciate any advice regarding where to go. I was looking into the Charlotte area and recently the Raleigh area. I am looking for a smaller town (25000-50000) where I can raise my daughter. I do not want too much snow. I want cooler summers, less humidity and seasons. Is that too much to ask for?
Also, there has to be some work available.

I appreciate all input!!

Come to WA. We definately have seasons, low humidity and moderate summers and winters, just a little rain in the winter.[:)]

I had considered Washington because, as I told you before, my mother lives in Spokane. The problem is that so does my brother[:@]. She gets a lot of snow where she is at though. I was in Seattle in the first week of July one time and about froze to death!! (I know an exageration but my blood is thinned from being in Florida for so many years). It IS beautiful country there and I miss the mountains in general. My BF does not want to move out west either[&o]. Thanks though; I'll keep it on my list.[:)]

Sincerely,
ann
