There is no chapter of collarme anywhere. It's just a lot of individuals who gather at an Internet site.

Sure, this is a good place to look for female subs. But don't count on much luck if your profile is hidden. Unhide your profile, and search.

Still, the absolute best way is to look for people at gatherings. Google "BDSM Ontario" and see what comes up.
