You've got the prime ingredient already. She desires to be able to cum on demand.
At a Cuffs much in Portland, Maine, long ago I was chatting with a dom about this. He called his lady over, whispered into her ear for about a minute. She became agitated, visibly aroused and orgasmed. Now one can fake breathing, facial movements, groans etc, but I cannot imagine a person being able to make her entire chest (she was wearing a low cut blouse) flush beet red in less than two minutes.
Orgasm control is wonderful, and a top can force a submissive (male top/female submissive as I don't know much about the other way around) into very long, extended orgasms. Beware though of negative cues ("do not cum") for on occasion they can "stick."
