Status: offline 		a friend of mine is a Domme in training she mentioned that her Domme ( i know its complex ) told her it's possible to not just milk a mans prostrate but to insert a needle into it as well, and he will cum even harder...
to me it sounds dangerous and a health risk, but has it been done..

Obviously you mean "prostate" (only one 'r') and, yeah, it does sound reckless and dangerous to attempt inserting needles that deep.

Status: offline 		Wow.  I am in no way a medical authority but...to insert a needle from the rectum into an internal organ, where any infection will proceed unabated... to insert a needle into an organ during orgasm, when the body will be jerking around...

That's just one of those things that can't possibly be safe.  Way too much chance of an infection that will be a bitch to get rid of.

To answer your question, it of course has been done.  Hell, every sex act conceivable has been.

I have doubts whether stabbing your prostate will make you orgasm harder (other than the mental aspect of it).  What sense receptors are on or inside the prostate?  None, I'll wager.  Anyone who is trying this is an idiot, in my humble opinion, of course.  :)

Status: offline 		Trust me, I've had a needle stuck in my prostate (by a professional medical specialist) and it is NOT PLEASANT in any way shape or form. It does nothing to make you cum harder either. DarkSteven is quite correct that you run a very serious risk of some unspeakable infections.

The first part of the OP's query is correct though. It is possible to 'milk' the prostate. To do this, one inserts a finger into the rectum and applies a gentle but firm pressure to the prostate and rolling the tip of the finger over and around it.

Once you have done this, please do come back and let us know how the health risks were minimize and how it can be done in any kind of safe manner whatsoever.  Considering the angle that the needle would have to be inserted, it should be quite interesting.

An electrode in the rectum and others around the penis and scrotum can MAKE your man cum, it is something that takes practice, patience and you must procede SLOWLY. Start with the lowest settings possible and make adjustments until he can JUST barely feel it, then up the power by one setting every five minutes. WORKS everytime!
