Pahunk, no insult intended, but they actually did find 500 chemical agent shells containing degraded mustard gas and sarin nerve agents.
The key word here is DEGRADED, which means absolutely useless, or harmless.
So, technically, they found pre gulf war chemical munitions that posed no threat to anyone, unless they drank it and poisoned themselves.
I think this is more of a semantic issue.
As for finding weapons of mass destruction that would have released active chemical agents, the answer is no.
And the CIA and UN inspectors already knew of degraded munitions that posed no threat. The CIA chief went on record stating as much.
