AMADF -> Cane session against FLU symptoms :D (7/25/2010 9:13:58 PM)

I want to share this weird thing that happend to me and its good results.
It was raining so i got wet and got the classic shymptoms of flu, specially feeling the legs very very tired an heavy. Normally i ask my husband/slave to get me a deep massage since his big and strong but he was on a trip, so i was alone.
I feelt like lying on the bed and doing nothing, but i press my thighs very strong and feelt good so keep it doing it. So i was lying on there, on my bedroom and see my cane that was on the floor since we played 2 days ago (im a dom), so thats when i got the idea: what about if i cane my thights? if deep pression felt good, what will consistent canning will felt like?
So i tooke a deep breath (not so easy to cane yourself jojojo) and hit, oh my good feels soooooo good that i did it on my other leg. My very cold heavy thights got hot and then i took a tea.
Guess what? The next morning i was ok :) I know tea and the very good spleep time that i took that night helped, but really felt the difference some minutes after canning my thighs.

Jojojo you never know when knowing how to use the cane will become usefull. I prefear the massage from my sub, but since that night i sware I have an extra reason to love even more my cane :D

So this also might be an extra reason to have a cane in your house: to help with flu symptoms.

Had this happened to someone else?

Well first off, the Flu is a virus. It doesn't come from getting wet. Secondly, fever and body aches generally accompany the Flu and the LAST thing I would want to do if I had the Flu is have anyone come anywhere near me with a cane.

.... but getting wet when youre immunity is down can bring a virus through better than anything i know [:D]

i wonder if maybe the increase in circulation (inflammation) to youre thighs kicked off youre immune system and it rallied - sometimes our immunity can be a bit sluggish and because a virus hides in the body cells its hard for the immune system to 'recognise' the invasion.  often an 'assault', (im thinking cryosurgery on a wart) is all it takes to get the immune system to pick up and go 'oh! - THAT shouldnt be there!' and then it kicks ass.

From what the OP posted I was thinking it is more likely that the flu like symptoms she was experiencing were a by product of the play that she had done 2 days before and the caning just kicked the endorphins back up a bit which would explain why she was feeling better minutes afterward.

Quick comment - the "jojo" is pronounced "hoho" and is a common indication of laughter by Spanish speakers.  I have seen "jaja" a lot more, though.

This. If I got the flu every time I got wet, especially this year, I would be sick 24/7 most of the year. Shit, some days lately I've gotten rained on and soaked through, 2-3 times a day.

Well i know flu is a virus, but beleave it or not sometimes when people get wet they can get sick, specially if the water or the weather is cold.
Staying wet on cold enviroment is not good, precially if youre not used to :) specially if your chest or back gets very cold.
I know body aches normally will dissapear in a few days, but in my experience good massage makes you feel better, or in this case quick whipping. I felt the same as massage. Maybe also where the endorphins, or the reactivation of the inmine system but felt nice :)
