You should restructure the payments back from the banks to reduce the loans to them by $1 million for every banker they send to Afghanistan in a bikini.

I can never understand the desire of some to cut social benefits while they support unlimited spending on wars and corporate welfare.

Remove the contribution cap from Social Security withholding and you'll solve it's funding problems. Means-test the payout.
