The problem with flavored water is it has artifical sugar in it. I drink water but not enough, I love to add lemon or lime.

thats great misst,, I've been doing alot better myself here lately...and it feels so good to be able to wear clothes you havent been able to get into in awhile. [:D]

Misst green tea is very mild in flavor, tastes nothing like regular run of the mill tea. It is even good not sweetened although I do like a little sugar or honey added. And it is very healthy for you to boot. Its has no caffiene The orientals swear by it.

misst so was I, I drank if 24/7 almost. It was part of the problem I couldnt sleep. I still love coffee and sometimes enjoy a couple of morning cups of the real stuff. It took me a year to get off caffiene and did it slowly by cutting back each day and replacing my favorite products with non caffinated ones. I adore Coke, but I found that drinking the non caffiene brand is just as good, caffiene doesnt in the end effect the flavor of Coke at least. And I am picky about Coke, its the real brand or nothing. A person can get off caffiene without experiencing the side effects of withdrawal. I reward myself sometimes and have it, but I strickly control it.

Green tea does have caffine in it, you have to look for the decaf on the label if you don't want caffine. Green tea is high in anti-oxidents. If you don't like the flavor of Green Tea, then try White Tea, or even milder in flavor, is the Silver Tipped white tea. Both have more anti-oxidents than even the green tea and require less sweetening due to the delicate flavor. Green tea is purported to aide in weight loss. Oolong Tea is supposed to offer better results than even green tea, but it's a darker leaf and will have a stronger flavor. ~Big

thanks bignipples laughs thats hard to write and be serious you know. as usual I did not read the label picks up Fuze bottle although having just read the whole bottle from top to bottom it does not indicate whether is does or does not have caffeine. I will definitely look for some that is labeled whether it be loose or bagged. I also enjoy chamomile tea, does it contain caffeine that you know of?

I want to complain that my transmission light came on, the check engine light came on, then the OverDrive Off light started blinking... can't I just get one major event over and done with before another hits me in the head? [:(]
