YAY the complaint department has made it back to the front.

I had so much fun in this thread and made long lasting friends some of who I actually met

Oh I want to complain that my cable service sucks. There is actually more credits I think than whats been paid since May when the problems started.

I have a personal customer relations rep who gets past the red tape, but geeez.  l lose connection on a daily basis
some times just a quick burp, other times all day with maybe a quick time to at least check my mail.

I need internet to keep up with friend and loved ones.

tap tap tap.....verizon fios get off your ass and get those fiber optics in the upper east side so we can dump it alltogether.

you're welcome for the complaint dept being up front again...i thought i'd revive it for 2 reasons:  a)  i missed it & b)  i thought it would annoy the poster who was annoyed by people resurrecting old threads...hehehe

anyway, i wanna complain that i had to sit for over 24 hours & now i have to take a nap & get up in the middle of the night & drive......

Didn't you read the thread about that?????

If you say "Sleep is for the weak," somebody has to keep you awake for up to ten days or until you beg to be allowed to sleep because you were wrong.
