you mean they don't have them in the UK? That is criminal. It is like a hot apple pie with cinnamon and caramel and apples and is deep fried to a golden crisp and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Very tasty and addicting.

I wanna complain that, with all this talk about empanadas, I am now craving an El Burrito cherry chimichanga, and there is no such place any more, and if there were, it would still be 1800 miles away from my house! What's a girl to do? Oh, wait... I have a deep fryer... hmmmm.... Cherry chimis at my house in an hour!!!

I wanna complain that it's going to freakin' rain every day this week, and I've still only gotten the pillars in the front of my house painted with the base color so far, 'cause the stupid weather won't cooperate! At this rate, I MIGHT get done by Christmas! Sheesh!
