Well what about just a plain ol pregnancy fetish.....wow why does that sound so tame? Anyway, also what about pampering the domme, combined with food control, both restricting what can be made and ordering specially made foods that fit cravings, and more service oriented submission, my understanding being that it is harder to remain mobile for long periods of time. I was also wondering if the change in hormone levels might affect certain dynamics

Every pregnant woman is a Goddess regardless of her status.
When Ladyship was pregnant she got whatever the hell she wanted.
Normal nasty fun was put on hold except for very careful well planned sessions.
Subs were coralled and played with by friends, the newcomer was way too precious to risk (High blood pressure, woohoo!)
