Day 2 of a 9 day juice fast. I already cheated by having sushi for lunch with Shore. It was better nutritionally than the tacos we were originally going to get. Back on track, but hungry. I just want to eat mac n cheese. Please talk me out of it.

Once you make it to day 4 you'll feel great and the cravings will probably subside. :) You're doing great! Keep up the good work! Think how energized and toxinless you'll be when it's over :)

That's how it works. You fuck and then your hungry. Eat the mac and Cheese, keep the juice where it belongs mixed with rum or vodka.

I hope you won't be driving. Passing out is not uncommon while fasting. Fine if you're home, bad idea on the Jersey Turnpike.

I'm confused, Shore put her on the fast. She Cheated on the fast with Shore. They had Sushi... Basically Carbs from the rice. I bet sheis hungry as hell right now. Why is she doing this if Shore is going to sabotage it with sushi or tacos? QSM

You're a sensible level headed woman and it's your (well Shores) body. You do what's best for you. Are you allowed to chew sugar free gum? Exercise and lots of water help. A lot of the time when we are dehydrated and it registers as hunger. Have a large glass of water or two and go for a walk.
