My bad. I had not made the distinction.
Interestingly enough, the crux of the Bolton ruling is that enforcement cannot be required at the state level; she is evidently plowing new legal ground here.
I look forward not so much to the 9th Circus Court of Repealed but SCOTUS.
The invasion must be stopped....

Where in the bolton rueling does it say that enforcement of federal law cannot be required at the state level?
