Burning and playing with cigarettes/cigars is certainly not unheard of in the scene. Just be careful to treat the burns well.

i've never done it personally but a good friend of mine had a slave that really got off on being burned by cigarettes or cigars. Not my thing personally but hey. be very careful and treat the burns well, as that is the last place i'd think you'd want and infection.

Sounds intense. Since you didn't say he burned or singed you, rather just touched the tip to you, i'm assuming it was a very light touch, which created a heat much like wax does? Can't say i have ever experienced this, and since Master doesn't smoke or doesn't remain where smoking occurs, i probably never will. i'm sure there are other heat sources to use, however, but one must be extremely careful! Yikes. lol.
