Thanks to Hugh B. Kaufman for his unparalleled insights into the environmental hazards in the Gulf of Mexico and for getting the truth out. Mr. Kaufman's expressed views are his personal views only and he clearly states that he does not speak for the EPA. Mr. Kaufman is an EPA Senior Policy Analyst and served as the Chief Investigator for the EPA Ombudsman until April 2002 when EPA shuttered the function to silence Mr. Kaufman and Ombudsman Robert Martin.

This shit is almost enough to make one suspect that when dealing with human beings, indocrinating people to believe in a Judgment -- with hellish consequences for those who fail it -- is an idea that may have some merit.
