No, the cop should not be having sex on the clock....but that makes him irresponsible and that's about it. No mis-use of authority unless he's concocting traffic stops and what not to cover for his hookups.

Status: offline 		Big deal.....this happens all the time, trust me!  Show me one single occupation where this HASN'T happened.....and the story hasn't even been substatianted yet.  They want HIM held accountable?  Takes two to tango.....sounds to me like she got caught and wants to deflect the heat from her actions to his.  If I had a nickel for everytime I've heard or seen this very same situation happening, hell, I could've retired YEARS ago! 

I don't know where Louis is getting off saying he abused his authority......I'm guessing she's nothing more than what we in the biz call a "badge Lizard"...if she's done this once, she's done it before.  I'm not saying the cop is free of any responsibility, he made a stupid decision, and now has to live with it, but there's more to this than meets the eye.

Courtney deliberately met the officer several times, leading to sex.  It wasn't a onetime thing.  She obviously has no respect for Louis.

The whole thing sounds like a failed blackmail attempt, followed by a public outing.  Note the absence of a statement that Courtney and Louis are seeking counseling.

Status: offline 		I read the literotica post and while I have quite the fetish for officers, something about the whole story just made me giggle more than anything. Any officer's I've come on to were definitely NOT misusing any power....there's a reason I use chrisincuffs as my screen name, lol

Not only that, depending on when and how long they had sex, the officer could likely make the argument that he did it "on break". 

No misuse of government time or equipment.  No misuse of authority.
