The police issued handcuffs? They're decent bondage gear. Cannot open them with a key anymore. You need an Allen wrench tool to open them News flash: I got arrested yesterday on a three and a half year old warrant that was dismissed three years ago. If ya'll need to know it was because my mother and I got into a shoving match. I lost. I wound up being shoved down the stairs with 15 staples in my head....but because I was totally dead to the world, she told the police one story while I was out of it. They charged me with pushing an old lady while she was the one who shoved me down the stairs and had 15 staples in my scalp to prove it! Moral here: Don't move in with your mother who has Alzhimers and expect to get other than anything but totally trashed.

I don't understand, just who won't let you keep them ? They are your property are they not ? People can't just take your stuff. T PS, don't get into shoving matches with old people. If YOU started it in her house you were absolutely wrong. You are in her house, if you can't get your point across take a walk. You may have actually been in the right in the argument, but you REALLY BLEW IT if there was a shoving match. You walk away in such a case. You don't become an adult because you have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction, they can't tell you you are an adult. I can, however, tell you that you were not at the time of this incident. No matter how ridiculous someone with Alzheimer can get, you acted improperly. Did she shove you first ? You said shoving match. That means you shoved her. That means you ARE NOT in control of yourself and should not yet be responsible for the care or anything of anyone infirm, mentally or physically. You seem not to understand that they are no longer 100% there. If she shoved you first and you went down the stairs, it would not be a "match". If you shoved her first, except very rare instances, you were in the wrong hands down. That is how it is. If you are an adult you can be trusted with the care of children or the infirn or senile. You do not feel anger when shit happens because you know they are not all there. Children do stupid things because they have not learned, old people sometimes do them because they have forgotten. If you cannot understand that you should move out now. I am sorry that I had to get tough on you, but I offer no apologies whatsoever for my words, in fact I suggest you take them to heed ASAP. Grow up. T

I can buy S&W chained cuffs which are supplies to the Qld Police easy as well as the hinged cuffs (more expensive) and the other treats like the lock boxes to pin a perp to the wall. For fast restraint I use building ties.. Illegal for Police and Security in Qld but with my Fed. Warrant Card still active I use them .. Would work well in bondage scenes too..

And I wound up with 15 staaples in my head -cough- How far can "love" go before someone gets hurt or just pissed?

There are some situations where the "caregiver" is not really able to effectively administer proper care. Times like that a professional or an agency or service needs to be called in to render aid.

If you do one little thing wrong you are stuck, you will not be able to get out even with the key. Those are all the regular cuffs, similar if not actual police type. I got on your case earlier about this shit with your Mother, but I don't have any ill will. In fact I have been known to fantasize about a girl in trouble that I have to hide, and literally cut handcuffs off of her, like outlaws. I think it would be really cool if she had to pee RIGHTNOW. Yes this would be an interesting situation indeed. I still wonder how they won't let you keep a set of cuffs or something, it is none of their business. All this other shit, fine and good, but the original question "why won't they let me keep these cuffs ?" still remains. And I still say you can, keep anything you want. You can buy all kinds of cuffs on eBay, probably even the super security Cleujeso cuffs, which are many times stronger and have a non-standard key. I don't see why regular cuffs would be a problem unless you live in Wisconson or Utah. T

And a charge of assault on any will gain many rules that cannot be broken like not being allowed to carry or own any weapons. Cuffs are defined as a weapon, so are fingernail files.................. But i suppose getting into fights with cops does that to you. 3rd degree felony me thinks. Been awhile. But then only one of em was a fight, or fair enough, both were. But the second one THEY were breaking the law first.. hrrrump. As for cuffs. Always make sure you know where the key is BEFORE you put them on. Especially if they are police quality as once upon a time Himself and i had to go out searching for a police officer to unlock myself. As the gun range didnt have the "right" key. Luckily two cops off duty were there. Boy did everyone get a giggle and oh how highly embarresing!

T WTF???? hey termy...the "assault" happened 3-1/2 years ago....that isn't the issue.....what she posted about was that she wished she could at least have kept the handcuffs they used on her when they arrested her on these BS charges (which were also dismissed several years ago) All of this was very clearly stated in th OP, and in her first reply to you....but apparently once you misread something, that's the only way you will read it...sheeeesh!
