Bob,

I noted that duplicated photo/profile a few weeks back.  Didn't report it because you never know when someone decides to reinvent themselves.  Did you let the site moderator know?

The stolen photo had the name of the fire dept wiped from the truck, otherwise it was identical, and listed the same age for the profile as Sylph lists.

Shame on the losers who do these things!  And good for you for letting people know - that's how a good Dom looks after things.

One of the many reasons I don't show my face in my profile shots, don't like the idea of someone else wearing it! Hope you track down whoever the sneak thief is!

I can completely understand your feelings!! I have had a profile on adultfriendfinder for years. I found out a few months ago that someone copied that entire profile, photo's AND words to create another profile on another site, even using a handle that was almost itentical. To see this profile I had to join that site which I did... sans photos. To add insult to injury the schmuck who did not know he (I am guessing) was messaging the person to whom that info belonged to, messaged ME asking when I was going to put a photo on my new profile!! To compound my fury to reply to this worm I would have to pay to become a "real" member......hell NO! I was LIVID......contacted the webmaster of the site. I received a very brief form letter stating that while they were sorry this happened there is no way to prove it and that anything we put on the web becomes public domain and is free to anyone that wishes to use it( unless of course it is copywrited). Soooo, I gave it some thought and decided to take the approach.....be flattered that they thought I was any sort of babe magnet to copy me AND....they put my age on the faux profile as 10 years younger..WOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!
Other than that........oh well, lesson learned!

It is low to use someone's image without permission. I know how it feels in a different way because of my politics I have had my pic taken off a yahoo profile and put on a site to  ridicule me and they photoshopped it. I felt sick to my stomach at the hatred levelled at me and somewhat violated.

It is a lovely image, and I understand that you do not know the motivation of those using it that would definitely be disturbing. At least you cannot be recognized.

Yeah, she can't be recognized but would still like to know who ripped that photo.
