Ok, I've worked out the cat's strategy, but I haven't quite worked out the optimum way to beat it yet.

Sadly, I can neither thank you nor curse you over this. The link takes me to a page that has some instructions on it but the rest of it is blank. No cat. No green dots of any kind.
