To run from the dismal failure of the policies she helped draft?

To distance herself from Obama's tax increases, given her academic work that says every 1% increase in taxes results in a 3% decrease in GDP and (considering another one of her papers) the loss of 3 million jobs?

Both?

Potentially to head up the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco?

Many reasons. At least i gathered mine from the article.

You mean you swallowed the article hook line and sinker.
She wouldnt have taken the job and bailed less than 2 years later if those were legitimate reasons.

Status: offline 		Dont count on that. Politics have a strange way or making a person very tired. A senior year is a huge deal for both parents and students. And the job at the Fed Reserve may have just been in the making.

You are assuming alot not in evidence.

I assumed nothing, I asked questions that are firmly based in her performance and her academic work.
