I would consider it freaking creepy if some odd guy would keep on inviting me despite the fact that I showed NO INTEREST and told him EXPLICITLY that I don't want to go.

You are not inclusive, you are intrusive and your behaviour is not all that different from somebody who is stalking another person, they also always have excuses why they do that. She said NO, more than once, leave her alone, or do you want to wait until she gets a restraining order?

Im sorry you obviously havent read my last post. i said i had not contacted Her beyond two times. The last time i contacted Her was ten days ago. She is out of the picture now. i just want to deal with the general question of why any Domme Woman would refuse point blank to associate with a kink group of same and similar interests to Her within Her community

What's the "bag"?  Here's what.  You're stalking the woman and being abusive too.  She has indicated she doesn't wish to go with you.  By the sounds of things, she has indicated she doesn't wish to communicate and/or socialize with you in any way.  LEAVE HER ALONE AND DO NOT CONTACT HER AGAIN.
