we have a traditional recipe in our house - its called If Its - bascially - If Its in the cupboard, thats what we're having

ive just checked out my cupboard and i have some tinned tomatoes, some anchovies an onion and i have some pastry and cheese - so im making pizza.

just wondering what you have in youre cupboard and what 'If It' youd be making from it.

might help my If Its repertoire along

Random canned goods like we all seem to end up with. I have been known to just take out my big cookpot and start opening cans of veggies and stuff into it. Sometimes when I do this, I end up with something pretty decent, like stew, or things to roast in the oven, or stir-fry..

thats the thing with If Its - you make some blinding concoction and can never remember how you made it or repeat it ever again!

im sure theres a whole host of amazing recipes youll never find in a recipe book that people make on a regular basis - we could start a book on Fetishists IfIts - i bet it would sell- a short expose on each contributor with an IfIt receipe to go with - we could maybe get chrisincuffs to model it for us, i know how she loves to wear food.
