SarahJ13 -> Remotely controlling an electric shock collar? (8/9/2010 2:28:28 PM)

In the past my sub and I have had a great experience using a remote control shock collar normally used for training dogs attached around the submissive's genitals. We have a unit with 10 adjustable levels of shock, from a slight tingle to extremely painful, and I found it to be very amusing as well as a great training tool.

Now I have moved to another state, and although I dont get to see him much anymore I would still like to have some fun with him online. I have been trying to think of a way that i can remotely shock him with it over the internet, but Im not sure how it would be possible. The remote control itself has a range of about 20 feet so it would have to stay with him, but ideally i would like to be able to control it from my computer.

I guess we would either need some kind of purpose made device, or a device capable of pushing the button on the remote control that i can control from my PC. It would only have to be able to press a single button, so I'm thinking that surely something like that must exist but i dont even know where to begin looking.

Does anyone know of such a device? Or have any suggestions on how we might accomplish this?

Thanks in advance.

I know they have controllers to remotely turn on and off different appliances or lights in Your home. Possibly those could be modified to emit the frequencies used in the shock collar.

if its a frequency, it may work over the phone

That dreamlab place, that website has been around for a fews years and nothing has ever come out of them. 2 years ago their blog said they were close, then a bad batch of chips and they said they had to start all over or something like that. then in the last year it was they were having problems getting stuff made in china since they were so far away and they claimed to have moved their whole operation over to china so they could finish it.
i seriously doubt they will come out with something real, but who knows.

On the topic, i have yet to find one company that makes a tens or shock device that was designed to work over the internet. At one time erostek was going to then stopped working on it back in 2007.

some people have made thier own, but it isn't cheap and easy for someone that isnt electrically savy and also software savy. i ended up taking a remote for my erostek 301 apart and hooking it to a computer controlled relay box. then wrote software for it. between the erostek tens unit and the relay box its cost was over 500 in just materials.
So sad to say i don't know of any place that makes an internet controlled shock device.
