I made him for lunch salmon with hollandaise sauce (with heavy cream and tarragon), asparagus with butter, rice pilaf and buttery croissants. (bought them!) Then for dessert we had strawberry shortcake, no cake for him, (diabetic) but I had 2 slices while he had the strawberries and we both had a food buzz it was FAT :) Now, I am eyeballing the tiramisu my best friend made yesterday. Damn I am going in!

I had a delicious big giant buttered roll today with tons of bacon on it. It was fabulous, the drippings were artery clogging delicious! Cholesterol is now up 30 percent.

I made an 8 egg scrambled cheese meal with 4 handfuls of shredded multi cheese cheddar cheese, with some garlic salt, and split that with Daddy then had a glass of juice.

I had a bowl of mac and cheese with stewed tomatoes mixed in. And then at some other point in the day, I had a bacon and fried apple sammich on the run. OMG GOOOOOOD!

How did a fat thread become about what we ate???? Big girls are all about the food whether they are on a diet or not I guess. Yesterday I had an egg tomatoe and lox burrito, a fudge brownie and some fruit. I lost a pound. Today I started my day with a tomatoe egg burrito. I just havent been hungry, which is ok cause I have a dress I am trying to fit back into.

I had a grass fed no antibiotic cheese burger last night. It was cooked medium and it was delicious!
