Preposterous would make a great radio talk show host. I'm not sure how we went from Dr Laura to women and divorce but no matter.
Preposterous knows how to stir up the pot. Unfortunately, unless her debate turned to why divorce is unfair to men and fathers rights, theres only so much mileage we could get from her. The Dr laura debate is more inclusive because its broader. Not Broad-er. lol
Especially the niggar word gets people going, like DomImus is talking about. Certainly we might make DomImus a talk show host. We could call him Imus in the Morning. lol
I personally am sorry I missed the Dr Laura broadcast. There'd be nothing like sitting in a car with a friend while driving, and hear Dr Laura say nigger nigger nigger get a sense of humor. Thats gotta be a jaw dropping WHAT! moment. Right then and there you'd look at each other, and just know, you've heard a biggie. You'd be like, oh boy whats gonna happen now! Its fun really. Because the sun will continue to rise and set. No one will die and the world will go on. This is only a momentary fireworks display.
Im just surprised Dr Laura doesn't know why its not ok to say nigger unless you're in the club. Its like any circle of people. Its inclusive but not ALL inclusive. But foot-in-mouth syndrome is a common disease within the human race.
And like DomImus, the real issue in that call wasn't the word nigger but why in the world the husband allows his friends to call his wife names. She missed a good opportunity to sniff out something worthwhile. Instead Dr Laura subjected everyone to her own dysfunction.
