I do all that and there still is at least one stubbornly sticky spot. OK, I will live with it. But I don't have to like it.

Why are you even doing this, man?

This place is full of wenches born to cook.

Get one of them to poach your eggs for you.

During the 4 minute wait she should be blowing you. Twice.

Yes, I have had fresh spinach leaves, like in a salad, and they were absolutely ok, but canned stuff, oh my god how nasty, I refuse to eat it.

Spinach is quite good for you...I opt for fresh.  I don't like the slimy canned stuff.  Tomatoes must be fresh as well.  Maybe add some bell peppers as well.  I use whatever I have around the house but I cannot make scrambled eggs without green onions period.

You know when it goes into the can so does a mountain full of salt to preserve it.  You should avoid cans at all costs.

I knew this from along time ago....You add nothing to your scrambled eggs. Just eggs. What is water or milk supposed to do? It is just more liquid that has to be cooked out of the eggs. I don't take the eggs on and of the heat but just fold them over in a med to med-hi pan....Pretty easy shit.

Holly is correct, if adding cheese you do it at the end, just like cooking an omelette. Let the heat of the eggs melt the cheese. Otherwise you are entirely breaking down the cheese and putting all of the oil from the cheese into the eggs. You end up with something that looks like yellow shit.

Ladies, I can cook.

I was told it makes them fluffy, that's the way my mom always made her eggs. Course her eggs can be kind of watery too.

I guess it depends on your definition of a " mountain" I split it between me and Daddy, other wise it would of been a mountain, but  after splitting, no I wouldn't call it a " mountain of eggs" more like a small mound lol.

One thought may be that the water in the eggs evaporates?    8 eggs must still make a mountain of eggs, tho.......

Two eggs are a serving.  Not four.  I thought that you were cooking for four people.  Not two.

Cut your scrambled eggs down to four and your cooking should go better.

NOOOOOOOOOOO!

I will not even order an omlet at restaurants because they make them with three eggs.

2 eggs.  That is all you get.

That is probably a good idea.  You do realize that we do not have eggs in my house?  Unless there is a special reason.  We do have Egg Beaters though.

The other half is allergic to them.  The egg yolk is the part that I think he reacts to, since he can eat the Egg Beaters or Egg Whites.  And while it may sound like fun, gagging and throwing up does not turn me on.

I do buy him bacon on occasion.  Of course, I do not eat it.  I have looked, but I have yet to find kosher bacon.

When you and Laurel come to visit, I will make sure we have both for you.

Shup.

I wish that I was an ice queen right now.  This heat wave that we are having is awful.  109 degrees.  I am tired of the excessive heat warnings.
