Tell me, how many wars is he fighting (lefties are antiwar) he campaigned on fighting in Afghanistan. If you didnt believe him thats your problem. Of course its prosecution is AFU, but thats because lefties dont know how to do it.

Tell me, why is he deporting more illegals than Bush? Because he's under tremendous political pressure to do something about illegals. Its the only thing he's doing right.

Tell me, why is he probably going to roll on extending the Bush tax breaks? How come he's not cutting spending? That would be the right of center thing to do.

Tell me, how come he did more Bush bailouts? There were no Bush bailouts, he is continuing the Democrat bailouts/stimulus

Tell me, seriously, tell me how is he much different than Bush other than his complexion? Huge difference. We woudlnt be facing a 10 trillion dollar deficit at the end of the next 8 years and we would be in a real recovery now.

You miss the point, the argument that Sanity is making is that Obama is this ultimate supreme socialist god of the Lefties... he isn't

No, youre trying to make the point that he's GWB II when he's actually Jimmy Carter II.

No, I am making the point that he isn't a socialist and his policies have not departed from Dubya in any dramatic ways...We are still fighting two wars. He still went ahead with Bush's bailouts, the healthcare reform ended up being a subsidy for insurance companies (like drug reform ended up being a payoff to big pharma)... don't ask don't tell is still on the books... socialist? RIGHT...

Then your point is wrong.

1. He is a Socialist. Read his books. Just because he hasnt been able to accomplish what he wants (yet) doesnt change what he is.
2. I already showed you how clueless you are about not departing from Bush in the most important ways.

Hmmmm..... Obama is a politician. He wants to get reelected as a moderate president. He will probably succeed...

You do not know what socialism is... and you call me "clueless"

I get that you think because Obama SAID he was for socialized medicine when he was campaigning and when he talked about his mother, he meant that.... but he didn't mean it when push came to shove, he opted out of the public option. He did not support it, he did not spend any political capital on it. He surrounded himself with conservative dems like Rahm Emanuel... the people he has advising him advised him against socialized medicine. He decided it was not a core plank of his presidency.

Now I judge politicians by what they do, not what they say....you are free to judge them by whatever standard you please

I judge them by both, and he's done everything he can in the real world to implement his socialist policies. And I knew what a socialist was long before you were born.

So you are as old as moses, grew up during the Cold War and the Red Scare and think socialist=communist and they are under your bed and they are going to "get you"

I find people who lived the majority of their lives fearing socialism are the most ignorant about it

I know, all forms of communism are the same too, right?

All modern countries have forms of "socialism" btw. Public education is a form of socialism. Public works, such as roads and bridges, again is socialism. The freakin' local fire department, again a form of socialism. You are spreading the cost out for public services amongst the "people" for the public good. Government gets more money from the rich as opposed to the poor to pay for itself and public services....

Under a socialistic government risks would be made private and benefits would be made public.. that is a "redistribution of wealth"

Under our system (including Obama's reign) we have managed to make risks public and privatize gains. This is NOT socialism. I know you want to think Obama is this socialist, but his ACTIONS are that of someone who wants to make risks within the economic system PUBLIC and privatize gains. They would have implemented Glass-Steagall if they really wanted to reform our system, instead, as with healthcare reform, the democrats half assed it, making it only marginally better than it was under Bush

Gotta forgive the old boy Julia. He is still under the delusion that Reagan saved the world from Communism and winning the battle of Grenada was a signficant event in the history of the country.

Reagan's best acting role was that of President.. many people thought he was really believable. So much so that when he said "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.” They actually thought he had engineered the entire thing... never mind the policies of every other president that came before him contributed to the eventual downfall of the Soviet Union, and that we nearly lost that high stakes economic game of chicken to see who could outspend the other

Except it was a game that could not be lost, since the opponents were socialists. Your "nearly" is total bullshit.

Lech Walesa and JP 2 had much more to do with that wall coming down than ourselves and all the other Presidents combined. The Cold War was invented by both sides to allow unfettered military spending. When it was over was it a surprise to anyone that somehow Saddam fucking Hussein and Iraq suddenly turned into the largest war machine ever invented and something that should make each american quake in their boots.....check to see what warning level is today? We are still there for the exact same reasn. Money. We leave tomorrow and nothing changes there besides the dictator that is running the show....

Not sure if there's any more possible ways for wilburrr to demonstrate he has no understanding of socialism.
