Status: offline 		Son of a gun people, I guess this is where the term idle chit chat came from. Next Idea.

Make all streets one way. Not only will it be a challenge to get to your intended destination (people may actually have to use their brains instead of talking on the phone), it will also result in the occasional senior citizen driving the wrong way down a one way street which is always exciting.

Status: offline 		Every 1,000th Walmart customer at each store gets depants or dedressed after checkout. This way they don't have to go home, find another pair of pants, then come back again with the same customers laughing at them.

For those people who don't wear a bra and panties, your picture is taken as you are running out the store for the people of walmart site.

Status: offline 		Bring back the wild west. No more concealed weapons laws, everyone over 21 can carry revolvers out in the open. If you have a dispute with someone, duel it out right there. After you kill three people though, you have to wear a red holster, and you can only gunfight other red holsters willingly. If a non red holster challenges a red holster and wins, he automatically becomes a red holster. This will save 2 lives.

You'll notice I put a lot of thought into these such as making the legal age 21. 18 year olds simply are too impulsive and not rational enough to make good decisions. The children are our future you know.

Status: offline 		Legalize paintball guns outside. Make it legal to ambush all foreign cars. This should permanently make the big 3 the "big 3" again.

It will also help the car wash industry, not to mention provide a pressure release valve for gamers who might otherwise use their brainwashed killing urges to take out it on their classmates for real.

Status: offline 		Legalize blackmail. If you aren't doing anything wrong, then you have nothing to worry about:)

Let's be practical about this though, and put a limit on it, oh say 10% of someone's paycheck for a year. Let's even create a website where people can post their clandestine home made porn movies when they don't pay up. A word of advice, be sure you pay by check so you can prove you paid them.

I have a feeling there would be 50% less adultery, and 50% less sexually transmitted diseases out there.
