This man left his first wife while she was recovering from cancer surgery for his second.... could she really expect he would treat her better? I mean, really, I find her protestations about how morally reprehensible he is to be a little bit of pot-kettle-black after the way their relationship started[8|]

I agree, she had no problems sleeping with him when he was married, now she knows how the other half feels. She is just as bad as he is, and her word is worth just about the same. Why would I believe anything she has to say?

Your so funny.  Who cares what she has to say?  None of this is new stuff.  We've all known the Newt is one slimy critter for years.  Would you rather just pretend all of the issues with misappropriation of funds, ethics charges and the womanizing didn't exist?
You do enjoy putting words in other peoples mouths, don't you? I said I wouldn't trust anything she had to say. I never mentioned any thing about misappropriated funds, ethics charges or womanizing. Although the fact that she married the guy anyway indicates she didn't care at the time.

I don't even care about his problems with the women in his life.  But, when your going to run around pushing your view of family values and God  I do expect your life to be an example of what your trying to preach.
Be honest, you enjoy the fact that it allows you to point your finger at him and say, "see I said you were a prick"

You do remember the little temper tantrum he threw over his "slight" of sitting in the back of Air Force One?  His bragging to a group of reporters about how he shut down the government because of it?
Vagually, althought I have to admit, it wasn't high on my list of things to worry about.

Newt is what he has always been.  A narcissistic hypocrite with low morals.
Yea, there is a lot of that going around lately.

You are hysterical.  What words did I try and put into your mouth?  The point is who cares what she has to say and whether you want to believe her or not.  None of this is new.  Again, would you like to just ignore the ethics charges, misappropriation of funds, and the woman problems that blew up in his face as he was trying to make a major deal out of another person's blow job?  Where at all did I mention you said any of those things.  I asked you a question.

And no I am not interested in running around and pointing fingers and calling people dicks.  But for once I would like some of these people who are on the family values band wagon to live their life like they believe what they preach.

I hope he doesn't become the GOP nominee.  That will be one ugly, mudslinging race full of character assassination if he does.

I hope he gets a whole lotta traction with the repubs. Just more shoot'n themselves in the foot.

Nothing new there.  Newt is a slimy piece of work.  A fine example of Republican hypocrisy, do as I say but pay no attention to what I do.  How any of these people on the right can take him seriously is beyond me.

They don't care what kind of people their leaders are, as long as they say what they want to hear. Gingrich is all the proof anyone needs of this.

Everybody seems to care and care very much what just about everybody else has to say about everybody...when it suits them. Clinton et al comes to mind.

No surprises here.

The only time I place any credence in the ramblings of an ex-spouse is if it-s an ex-wife praising her former husband, and then I wonder if she's getting paid.
