People fail to realize that the anus has two sphincters. The outer clenches shut to keep things in. While the inner one is what you feel pushing things OUT when you void your bowels. The problem with most butt plugs is that they are poorly designed for retention. They have long double tapers, designed to make them more comfortable to insert. As soon as the inside sphincter begins to contract on this taper-it forces the outer sphincter to open.........literally wedging it wider. And since the inner is the more powerful of the two-it will usually win the battle. The only real solution to this is to use one with a stem that narrows through both, then expands in diamater beyond them, inside. Which in turn, doesn't do much good if the goal is to stretch skin and muscle in the lower canal. The only really effective thing I have found to work with anal training is a short, straight clyinder-a set, with graduated sizes. They need not be long than five inches. And held in with a harness that is easily cleaned. The cheap way is not always the best way, Try something else.
