laurell3 -> RE: Ambidexterous... (8/13/2010 7:55:31 PM)

In one of my higher level psych classes we had someone come in and teach us how to train our nondominant hand. It was rather interesting. Left handed people are more likely to pick it up quicker, but the premise was that anyone can learn to do it, although fine motor skills such as writing take longer. I have always been somewhat ambidextrous when it comes to everything except writing, and was predicted to be one of the ones that should have had the least amount of difficulty. But in the semester that we did this on and off, I didn't really master writing with my right hand that well.
