I just got a new phone and i don't particularly care for the ring/tone options. I have the a regular ring for all calls excepts Sirs. His is the song "Amazed" cause He always says "baby I'm amazed by you".

I have an iphone. I didn't buy any of my ringtones, I just cut songs I had into 30 second bits and then hit sync. I have a ton of songs I can use.

I have ringtones for people and/or groups of friends.  My one for my bdsm friends is Show me some discipline by The Sunnyboys  [:D]

for my family is it Don't Speak by No Doubt (I use it ironically as I talk to them all so much)  [:)]

eta - I don't buy them, I upload my own mp3's [:)]

I had my old phone for five years, it had Devil Goes Down to Georgia, instrumental only. With this one I'm using some preset one that I never recognize. Unfortunately I can't find the old one to use.

Reminds me of a soccer game years ago when a phone was ringing and all the parents kept saying "Not my phone". Turned out that somebody's kid had changed her ringtone without telling her.

The only trouble with songs as ringtones is if listening to the radio or  one of my cd's and I hear one of these songs I automatically reach for my phone [8|]

Basic ringtone is "One Hot Mama"
One daughter's is "Angie"
Daughter in law is "Sara" guessing you can figure out why.
One son is "My Wayward Son" by Kansas
Friend that is a cop is a siren
Friend who likes to fish is I'm Gonna Miss Her" by Brad Paisley

I have a few others set for certain people but can't think of them right now.

I FOUND the Big Lebowski soundboard app!! So, I can have Steve Buscemi talking or the Dude offering up wisdom, but lots of them have f-bombs so I have to be careful.

Holy plays that song all of the time hopeing that one day she will get lucky. My phone rings the old fashion way. Whats my number? May tell or may not.
