Greetings Brain.... Just a simple thing to point out where you and they have a problem. If you attempt to commit a crime and fail to do so, you have still committed a crime. For example, if you attempt to bribe someone and they don't take the bribe you can still be convicted of bribery, specifically attempted bribery. No, to my knowledge she was not trying to bribe someone....that was just an example. Don't try that. <grins> The attempt, if there was one, to improperly influence someone or some agency is against the rules. It doesn't matter whether the attempt worked or not. Be well.... Malkinius
