This is the internet...all someone has to go on is how you present yourself. Yes, information about your fetishes is important...to a point. You say in your profile you're looking for " a friend ? a lover ? And hopefully in time a partner “and yet you offer nothing about you as a person as opposed to you as a lover of kink.
What makes you any different than all the other male doms in the UK looking for the same thing? Really, you need to give a girl something to work with. You say you're an expert at photography...why not post some of your photos on your profile that don't involve kink? If you are a professional kink photographer, maybe offer a link to your site.
Use your profile the same way an advertiser uses and ad...sell yourself/the product. Make the presentation as appealing as possible and give the reader a reason to want to respond to your email. Oh, and while we're speaking of emails..."Hello, how are you?" or something to that effect is NOT the way to grab a woman's interest. Read her profile and comment on something you find interesting. Do so in a simple and concise manner using proper grammar and spell-check before sending.
Stop the "Woe is me...I'm just unlucky" nonsense and start acting like a confident man who sees what he wants and isn't afraid to do what is needed to get it.
