Detroit Senator was pied during a question and answer session./snip
and the lady is charged.  Wow.   I wonder what flavor.   All on his war committee status.

She is charged with aggravated assault.  I think that is harsh- considering others have had pies.

Think of the legal fees.

i know she willfully did the throw- but what will her layer cost?  putting her in jail- is that the best use of jail space?

Status: offline 		We have freedom of speech, but we don't really have freedom to attack anybody who we dislike. Yes, I think, she should be charged with assault like she was.

It probably will end up being one of the few "best uses" of jail space, if she actually goes there. Most likely she will get a plea bargain for much lesser punishment and will just end up paying a lot of money. I understand the want to express oneself, but stick to peaceful methods and don't infringe on other people's freedoms and safety.

She should have thought of the consequences before she wasted a pie
shes not a wilful kid, shes a grown adult.

yeah they do often come down in charges.
