Hi everyone. I'm new to this site, and fairly new to this lifestyle.

To introduce myself... I retired from the Army a few months ago after a long career in the medical corps. In that time I learned a great deal about the human body and mind and what they could take. After exercising all of this with some most generously submissive girls, I came to the point where “vanilla” sex won’t even touch my cravings, and just leaves my kind of depressed. So, yeah, where do you go from here, right?

My hope in coming to this site is to meet a girl that can satisfy all of my needs, whatever they may be. Part of those needs is a true power exchange. I’m not going to sit here and pretend I’m something I’m not, as I am new to the finer points of all of this lifestyle, but am more than willing to learn or try anything. I am really holding out for someone who is interested in a long term relationship, and would be willing to relocate to western Massachusetts. My home is safe and secure, and is only missing someone to receive all of my attention. Particular, I know, but at this point I know exactly what it is that I want and will do anything to get it.

Welcome to CM and the forums.  Hope you find who you're looking for.  It may take some time, so I suggest you google munches in your area and get out to meet some people.  It's also a great way of making connections.

Mostly, don't take the whole thing too seriously.  I mean, come on, we dress up in leather and rubber and whip eachother for kicks...  [:D]

Thanks for all the suggestions! I think they will greatly help with the…um… awkwardness.
And I have to agree with you BK, I don’t take anything in life to seriously, especially myself. It felt pretty good to get that out, though. And at least folks will know where I’m coming from anyways.

Welcome to CM.

I think coming from the Army the way you do you'll have a lot of experience, from a disciplinarian's point of view, that will actually cross over and translate well into D/s.

Secondly, I took a look at your profile (if you post here, your profile will be perved [:D]), and think that you will have more luck if you add some info to it, so that it says more about who you are and what you are looking for. Including vanilla interests such as your hobbies and what kind of movies you enjoy will give people reading it a clearer picture, and that is always a good thing when you are looking for someone compatible.

As for the boards, the easiest place to get to know people here is down in the belly known as Polls and Random Stupidity. That's where we keep the cliques, coffee, cakes, cookies, and cun.... err.... lovely ladies. [;)] That said, be careful not to go a step too far, or you will wind up in Politics and Religion, a forum best avoided unless you are wearing your kevlar. [8D]
