I'm curious all that profesional bondage how is done without contrsting blood vessals causing heath problems etc some of the positions they have ppl in seem impossible without causing severve pain and health problems, im talking mostlly about the ones done like on kink.com for example

Who says it doesn't cause severe pain, some of it certainly does.  Some people are strange and get off on that. 

As for how they can do it without causing health problems, well, it's because they have years of experience. Novices definitely shouldn't be trying what they see on those sites unless they want to make the evening news.

Because frequently when you see someone suspended by her breasts, you don't see that there are people holding her up who drop for one second while they click the picture and then pick her back up.

Plus there are all kinds of tricks people can do with photography, photoshop etc since the models aren't willing to be harmed.

Probably most professional bondage is done by people who are quite knowledgeable on the art of bondage and also know what areas of the body are off limits and which areas aren't. These people spent many years learning about the physical anatomy and refining thier craft to be labelled experts or professionals. Behind Kink has some stories that show how intricate the rigging job is, and the rigger (if the top's using a professional rigger) usually says something like "You have 15 minutes".  The model can also tell the top that they are starting to hurt (as I saw in a "behind the scenes" episode with Sir C).

There are certainly a lot of tricks of the trade when it comes to photography. Not just photoshopping but the fact that what's being implied in the shot isn't always the reality. It may seem like someone is being severely tortured ..and indeed sometimes they really are, but most of the time there's a whole crew just off-camera tending to the model's every need.

I don't know but I've always wanted to be able to touch my elbows behind my back like those bottoms.  I can barely grab my hands behind my back.  I think it would be impossible for someone to tie my up like that.
