truckinslave -> Reid: anti-mosque, anti-birthright citizenship (8/18/2010 10:23:46 AM)

Sen Reid recently spoke out against the propriety of the Ground Zero mosque.

Here he comes out AGAINST birthright citizenship for illegal aliens.

I guess some broken clocks are only right twice every seventeen years [:D]

The relevance of clocks and 17 years, I'll leave to others but the Mosque is just the kind of local matter that the right champions until of course...it suits them to try and make it a national issue. More typical repub hypocrisy.

The birthright citizenship insisted upon by the radically progressive republican party of the time within the 14th amend. is a legitimate point of contention and debate. So where's he news here ? There is none.

Back 17 years ago, the USA, thought it could handle....ANY PROBLEM....as Americans do. Then we hired George W. Bush to the Presidency, and it all went down hill after that. Mr. Reid was arguing on something that was a non-issue for the GOP and conservatives at the time. Besides, if your going to use a blog to justify your political arguement, then I'll just create the blog 'truckinslaveisanidiot.com'. Then, I can post, what ever I bloody well want, refer to it, to justify my own politics.

Now, you know, truckinslave, that I'm not THAT draconian, nor do I post what some blog stated. I'm more then able of giving my own opinion....offensive or not....to people.

Once upon a time, this society didn't run on fear and paranoia.  Many seem to have gone a bit insane with fear since 9/11.

Anyome that values a word that the piece of shit known as William A Jacobson has to write should immediately place me on block.

This country has always been run on fear and paranoia.

The Red Scare, the Cold War, southeast Asia "falling like dominoes" to the communists.

You can go back even further and find many more examples.
