The case is dismissed.
Either someone was walking by and threw it in without my knowledge or whatever happened. I didn't do it, you can see my bags of aluminum cans in the yard.
Boom bang, I can take a judge with that stance, and using the power of public record. They will issue a warrant, you see I will similarly respond on paper, and then they can't just make it disappear. Get the fucking point ? Once they generate a case number, I respond, but I do it in a way that it can remain in public record. There are exceptions but those generate appeals and no judge wants that.
And there are legal premeses upon which you can stand to beat any machine reported offense. You can simply say, bring on the witness. I know people have been in court for speeding and subpeonaed the RADAR detector. When it clocked the court room wall doing 90MPH there was no credible evidence for the prosecution. This is how it works. It's all a money game, they are looking for the stupid people who will just pay up.
Just like camera tickets, so easy to beat it's not funny. (easier than the IRS) I loaned my car out, find that dude at the very least. But there are ways, other ways when you can use much more finesse' and win to the point where they won't bother you anymore.
And what's more as of a few months ago we have to pay about a hundred bucks a year for garbage pickup. Fuck you, YOU sort it out then.
