I am really tired of these over 100 degree temps here in Ar.  The temps and no substantial rain in eight weeks is really burning everything up, including me.

It's hot all over, including here. That's why it's called summer.

You could try living in the subtropics where it rains nearly every day and the heat and humidity is still relentless.

That whole "dry heat" thing is a myth. 120 degrees is 120 degrees.

I do prefer the tropics, humidity or not. Because if you are in the tropics, chances are you are near the BEACH.

I think I can count on one hand the number of times I've been to the beach in the three years I've lived here. As the crow flies, I probably live 2 miles inland.
