If I threw a penny...or anything else for that matter at my Master I'd have my hands cuffed behind my back and I'd be picking the coin off the floor with my teeth...and then get punished after that. IMHO a slave/sub should be trained well enough to know better than to do something that disrespectful in the first place.

We're talking about two adults in a relationship and in this context I find it hard to believe someone would make the described penny toss with disrespectful intent. This is why I think the slave in question must have been doing this in a playful, affectionate way and didn't realize the effect it was having on his partner. If someone threw a penny (or anything else) with disrespect or in in anger, I think the receiver would know this and certainly the thrower would know the inappropriateness of their actions.

I'm a great believer in the punishment fitting the crime.
In order to help him stop this habit, have him stand in the corner holding the penny to the wall with his nose for ten minutes for every coin he throws.

Also become organized, learn good communication skills, and solve the underlying problem.

Or have him roll all the pennies in a plastic roller and put them in his ass where they will stay all day like a copper butt plug.... hot sauce lube optional.

Somebody or other on the forums once mentioned that a stack of coins inside a condom makes a pretty good buttplug.
