The person in questions circumstances are abviously different to anything most of us here have going on,so I think we shouldnt judge,or infact even bring up at all that this person is online.Does it affect you?

I picked unsure, but I'm pretty sure I'd have to come online to say my goodbyes to all those on the Polls and Random Stupidity forums, I have grown to respect and love. So Yeah, I'd have to come online at least for that. [;)]

I doubt anyone knows what they would do if they were given a death sentence - unless they've actually received one. It is easy to say, oh I'd be out living life to the fullest, but what if your death sentence also came with a hospital room and machines to help sustain you? Or they simply want to die peacefully in their home, away from a world that is crazy and destructive? Perhaps their friends are all online, and their family lives in other states or countries and being online is how they connect? The last thing someone who is dying needs, is to hear criticism and doubt from people. If they are lying, so what? If the lie doesn't harm me, I leave it alone. If the person is doing what they want, and happy, kudos to them.

What other people choose to do in a circumstance like that is whatever the heck they want, and rightfully so. It's no one else's business, period. Pursuant to that fact, one of the things I would do is yep, whatever I want (including being online communicating with My friends and reaching out in as many directions as possible), and not giving half of one rat's ass what anyone else presumed to think about it. That's just how I roll..

I have way to many close friends and family that I couldnt hope to visit before I popped my clogs, so yes I would be online I would also be doing the same as Lady Pact!!!
