Lavinia, ok small lemons, got it! What about lemon juice from a bottle? Or is fresh lemon the way to go?

Small ones, because you don't want that much lemon in it.  Its delicious, and please call me Lavinia, serve with lots of ice too!!!  [:D]

You can use the "Real" Lemon brand, again making sure its all natural.  But real lemons I believe are best, I use them in regular water everyday.  They are super good for your skin, and naturally detoxify your body.

It just so happens that walmart is selling oranges for 50 cents a piece! Daddy doesn't wanna go out again, since it's hot an he's been at work an then to the chiropractor, but perhaps my mom and I can go tomorrow!

What about using a microplain and then shaving the orange peel into your drink an maybe it'd infuse the drink? Then you strain it, Would that work?

k, so I bought 3 oranges 2 lemons and 2 apples. The lemons, how do you tell when they're ripe? They've got a nice yellow color, but they're very hard and firm still.
