i need to find a large locking steel collar much like the one embedded in this post, anyone know where?

I suggest perusing the Mr.S Leathers website. I've spent many an hour in the show room, and they have a very extensive collection of lockable collars. If you don't see what you want, call them. They have always been very accommodating with custom orders.
