ORIGINAL: AlwaysLisa http://www.cfnews13.com/article/news/2010/august/140786/ Something doesn't seem right with this. If all the trainers knew Tilly was deadly, (and they warned new trainers that to enter the tank was sure death)...how was it allowed that this one trainer was in the tank? Sea World has liability insurance, they must have known that having a dangerous animal would not be good for keeping insurance premiums down...not to mention the public image it created. It's just not good business. My disbelieving meter is off the charts....a tragic loss, for sure and I feel sorry for those involved, but I just think there is more to this then they are sharing. Go back to that site and search out the time period when the incident first occurred and research the reports that site has regarding it. Search out for the February through March time frame. Everything about this incident, and I do mean everything, has been hashed and rehashed here locally, particularly in the local news media.
