I finally got to meet the one and only Califchick! On Thursday, My other half and I went to a munch for the first time in her home city. I had been asked by the folks in Bakersfield if I would make the trip to help promote the event we're putting on in October. When I said yes, I didn't realize that My bonus for making the trip was that I would finally get to meet the one and only Califchick. She is one of the folks that I have always wanted to meet from the boards and I was so glad I got the chance. She made us feel so welcomed at the new group. I think I probably talked her ear off the whole time during dinner. My only excuse was that I was so excited to meet her. LOL. I'd like to thank her and Mobie and everyone else that made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, since MP just had surgery earlier in the week, we couldn't stay very long, but I'm hoping that we will get out that way more often. We had a great time and hope to visit out that way again very soon.

Yay for positive experiences! Sounds like a fun time for all. Thanks for sharing, and I hope MP recovers quickly and soon 100%.

Indeed it is always rewarding when the unfoldment in our journey is enriched by others who cross our path. Life indeed is reflective of much good if we but look for the good in all that we are blessed to do. Indisputably it is amazing how Life is designed to weave a pathway toward that which is needed to experience for every individual. If we believe it or not there is a reason for everything that is woven into each pathway. Finally, thank you for sharing your recent opportunity as it brings to thought personal gratitude for riches unmentioned. I wish the speediest recovery to MP! I bid You and yours well wishes!

Awwwwwww, gosh! You all say such nice things! (the check is in the mail) LadyPact is such a treasure! She managed to stay chipper and smile even though I think I introduced 5,287 people to her. Okayyyyyy, maybe about 40 or so, but still! And MisterP! Heavens, what a trooper, coming all that way just after some serious surgery. They are both such great people, I hope I get to see them often. It was us that were blessed to have you and yours there with us I could tell the young man lol was in pain and i salute him for his determination and making the trip to vist our grp ,, you are even more beautiful in person Lady Pact and i hope we get to see more of you soon ,,,, mobie

Cali is a sweetheart and from what I have seen of you on the forums, you are too. I bet you guys had a wonderful time. Hope MP has a speedy recovery.

Cali is an awesome girl and fellow pimpette. An all around ambassador of all thing kinky and good to eat! I'm sad I didnt have the funds to meet up with her this year and Im jealous of her that I didnt get to meet LadyPact. I just know LP is a wonderful woman and I look forward to meeting her someday too! Everyone I have met is ALL that and a Bag of chips. Though my Daddy Warbuckle (yea you, Kalon) is 2 bags of chips!![:D]

I hope MP recovers soon, and I am very glad for your wonderful experience... I wish I had ventured out more when I was living in that area.
