I have come up with a great idea for a stupid poll (and a way to test my forum signature). It's one of those stupid questions that has enough to it to make you go... But WAIT? Who is leading in the end?!

Okay, I know the poll is pretty much for humor, but the taller person should be the one that leads since they have the better view as to what other dancers they might be running into. I've danced on the same floor with couples in which the woman would lead (the shorter person of the two), and they were constantly running into the other dancers. In those cases they both need horse-whipped I don't care which one is dominant.

Number 2 seemed like the most fun option!! I love ballroom type dancing, but have yet to do it with a submissive type.

I love dancing and I have danced with men that are submissive to me. I often let them lead. (I voted number 2 for fun.) I have back led before or given some non verbal cues but in general I let him set the tempo. It's fun to see what he does when he has the reigns in this limited way temporarily. Fun is important. Besides I can threaten to hang him if he doesn't do a good job of making sure that it's fun for me and that's just more fun!!! See?
