Status: offline 		If you are using cream of chicken soup I would use lean ground turkey or chicken instead of ground beef.

If he calls me today before he leaves work, since his cell is not working, I'll see if we can't switch to ground turkey.

That would depend on what seasonings she used. You can get low sodium cream of chicken soup, but I think it tastes like crap.

For the same reason I would never put beef gravy over a piece of chicken..but that is just me..If using ground beef a better pairing would be cream of mushroom soup or one of the other cream soups....perhaps french onion soup somehow incorporated to go with the beef theme.

LOL, that is one of the recipes in my personal collection.
Mixing cream of mushroom and cream of chicken is so popular that they now have 'cream of chicken & mushroom'. I'm waiting for them to put the onion soup in there, too.

Status: offline 		sub4 hire, and every one else. I made it for Daddy and I tonight and it was absolutely tasty! I used cream of chicken like planned, and I didn't dilute it or dilate it as I accidentally said at first lol. And we just stired the noodles and the COC together in the same pan as meat, meat was drained of course, and then plated the meal.

Yea, you may have a point there. Maybe we should add some sour cream and possibly some shredded sharp cheddar to the mix, just to be on the safe side.
