Can my brain fall out?
If I shake my head, yes and no, can this effect my brain?

What if I do so in a moving car- or an elevator?

Also- If I want to lose weight- would standing on my head, make my stomach feel full, can I lose weight this way?

Does clapping effect my brain? What if clap in a moving car?, or an elevator?

I think your pretty safe with the brains not falling out for all the instances you gave, however if your standing on your head you might lose weight, because you can't swallow, so you can't eat, also I think you would feel fuller, the rush of blood, would help in the feeling, so yeah that might work.

I would say your brain falls out about as easily as a new one would slide in. As long as that condition exists, you'll be fine.
