It could, except I'm not stressed and don't have a lot of stress in my day to day life either. I am bipolar, or as they also call it manic depressive, and I go on manic highs , and I am on meds for it yes, but some nights I am just on a manic high and can't sleep because I have to much emotional energy in my head urging me to do something, do anything, be occupied don't just lay there, no you're not going to sleep, you're going to do something!. I just can't shut down and focus on just one thing, or relax or sleep, I am driven to do something, be somewhere, and since I don't drive and it's not something I can turn into physical energy, IE clean house, do school work, sew, ect ect, cause my body is tired and it aches most days when I am trying to do stuff, and then I am simply achey , crabby, AND hyper, but my brain isn't tired, I stay up all night on the pc.quote:
ORIGINAL: sophiesback I lose my voice due to stress. The insomnia could be a trigger for that.
